Kahoot acquires learn-to-read app Poio

Recreation Studying Platform Kahoot revealed the acquisition of the educational studying utility Poio, which made a second acquisition in per week.

The app is designed to assist youngsters be taught to learn by taking part in video games. Up to now, Poio is alleged to have been performed by greater than 100,000 youngsters in Scandinavia.

Worldwide growth

After the acquisition, the English model might be out there in June and to Kahoot's community of a whole bunch of thousands and thousands of customers.

Phrases of the deal haven’t been disclosed.

"We’re impressed with how Poio helped greater than 100,000 youngsters. Scandinavians discover ways to learn in a good way," stated Kahoot CEO ÅsmundFuruseth, CEO.

" In June, we collectively launched Poio within the worldwide group of the UK and thousands and thousands of customers to offer help for youngsters in all places to play, be taught and discover happiness in studying."

Final week Kahoot introduced that it has acquired academic utility developer DragonBox for [18459007] for $18 million in money and inventory. The studio focuses on creating mathematical actions with the DragonBox model.
